How long until see some results?
Dear community, Is it possible to make good progress on your speed and vertical jump at the same time with specific training 2x per week (30/40min per session)

Hey mate Im not a fitness coach but in my experience yes. It is very possible. You just need the right type of exercises. I have tried a lot of different exercises. And some works better than others but yes its possible to make good progress on speed and vertical at the same time. It will take a bit of time but you will see results after not so Long. This is just my personal experience
Fast eccentrics
What is going on guys! Today I posted a video on my IG about using fast eccentric lifts. As your strenght levels go up, this is a very intersting way to start training your ability to produce force fast in both directions of the movement. I am intersted to hear how you guys like these lifts and if any of you have tried them before?

Tbh it aint that big of a win. But I’ve started doing the strength program. I’m already feeling stronger and much better. Even tho I’ve only been doing it a week. Because I feel much more prepared for trainings and I can feel that I do something now to get better. It’s a lovely feeling🙏🏻💪🏻

@Nicolas Dierynck Well tbh no, not other than my daily vitamin and calcium pills. Well I do use electrolytes and vitamin tabs when playing a football match. But only when it’s a match.
