Use more cluster sets for strength
One of my favorite methods to get stronger is using cluster sets. I’ve seen it work not only for myself but for dozens of athletes. The method is simple: Instead do doing for example 4 reps, you do 2+2 You do 2 reps, rest about 10-15 seconds and then perform the last 2 This will allow you to push just a bit harder and therefore also work at a higher intensity. Try it out!

In season traning
Anybody who knows what’s the difference between in season training vol 1 and 2. And is the in season and strength training the same programs?

@Nicolas Dierynck I will definitely use the video as inspiration. I’ve also heard so many greats about journaling. So I better start trying it!🔥 Does it matter if it’s on paper or in a document? Because some people use paper and others use documents😁

@Nicolas Dierynck Well, I think imma try both. But I think that doing it in a document would help me getting it all structured. But it would be the best for me to do it on paper. Because I feel like I relax my brain more and I also feel more focused on paper than in a document tbh. Because I’m in school I use a computer all the day so doing it on paper would give my brain a break from the computer. So I think imma go with paper. But imma update y’all🙌
