We work with Solar and Roofing businesses in the US to provide them with appointment setting services at scale. This is not a role where you have to sit and dial cold leads for hours on end just to hopefully get paid a commission after hours of work. Here you are only going to be dialing WARM leads with a higher conversion rate for booking and you will be getting paid on a BASE SALARY + PAY PER SHOW basis with additional bonuses based on performance.
