Appointment Setter for Growth Magnet Studio

We are looking for 4 Appointment Setter who are the perfect fit for the job of an appointment setter in our company. We work with Solar and Roofing businesses in the US to provide them with appointment setting services at scale. This is not a role where you have to sit and dial cold leads for hours on end just to hopefully get paid a commission after hours of work. Here you are only going to be dialing WARM leads with a higher conversion rate for booking and you will be getting paid on a BASE SALARY + PAY PER SHOW basis with additional bonuses based on performance.

Your role as an Appointment Setter for GMS will be as follows:

Dialing and booking WARM leads from our Paid ads, SMS and Email campaigns
Qualifying the leads on a call or via text conversation and then booking them in
Following up with leads to increase show-up rate
Expected to book atleast 3-5 qualified appointments everyday

Qualifications:

Cold calling experience (this is not a cold calling job, but you are required to have prior cold calling experience)
Availability to work atleast 3-4 hours a day, 6 days a week
Should be able to work US hours

Compensation:

For this job, you guys will be getting paid a base salary of $300/mo + $10 Per Qualified Show that you Booked. This means that for every appointment that you book, and they show up to the sales call with the minimum qualifications that we require, you will be getting paid $10.
