How Are You Preparing?
There is roughly 12 days left of 2025… What are some things you are doing to prepare? These final days of the year aren’t about doing everything. They’re about doing the right things with intention. This is a powerful window if you use it well. It’s time to slow down just enough to reflect honestly: • What worked this year? • What didn’t? • Where did I show discipline? • Where did I drift? • What habits helped me? • Which ones held me back? Awareness is preparation. Now look forward: • What systems need tightening? • What routines need simplifying? • What relationships need more attention? • What skills need sharpening? • What mindset needs reinforcing? You don’t need a perfect plan. You need clarity, ownership, and direction. These final days are an opportunity to: • Clean up loose ends • Organize your pipeline • Review your numbers • Recommit to your health • Re-anchor to your why • Set the tone for how you want to show up in 2026 Momentum doesn’t magically appear on January 1. It’s built quietly in moments like this — when most people mentally check out. So ask yourself: What kind of energy do I want to carry into the new year? Because that energy is being shaped right now. Use these 12 days wisely. Prepare your mind. Prepare your systems. Prepare your body. Prepare your intentions. We don’t wait for fresh starts. We create them — deliberately. Let’s finish strong and step into what’s next with clarity and discipline.

What important truth do very few people agree with you on?
So, i asked this question on community and told I'll reply later. No one ever asked me what i think about this question, so I'm going to answer this question. Whenever someone gets Truth and tell society about it. Society neglect the Truth. But when one works on Truth, perception of society changes, it takes time maybe years or decades. Although Truth and Falsehood are just statements without timescale. Sentences alter their claims time to time. If society doesn't accept the Truth, it neglects some part of it and make it to fit according to the Societal Truth. This also takes time. In both ways, we're getting far away from the Ultimate Truth. Things are integrating on the basis of what is according to society. Here is a graph of Truth and Time. Blue one is Societal Truth.

I got something to ask
"What important truth do very few people agree with you on?". It's a question of Peter Thiel, co-founder of PayPal and author of Zero to ONE. I always ask this question to people but i get replies like I'm God, relationship advices, failure is better than success etc. I want you to give me an answer for this question. I'll tell mine in another post. Let's see what you people think about this. Btw one of my friend replied "when you think you're right, why you wanna consider the world" 🤣.

@Matthew Antonis First sensible answer i got from asking this question. It's good enough to not agree fully but a much good answer. The thing i'm disagreeing is that we are not 100% accountable for everything, maybe it's 99% but not 100%. There is a law called Murphy's law, which states that "Whatever that can go wrong, will go wrong at worst time possible". It's depend on our environment too.

My best set of Motivational quotes
1. We live in a world where courage is in far shorter supply than genius. - Peter Thiel. 2. Sometimes it is people who no one imagine anything of, do the things that no one can imagine. - The Immitation Game. 3. People want a dream girl without 100 bad dates, they want good leads without 100 bad leads, they want a good physique without 100 bad workouts. If necessity is the mother of inventions, than repetition is the father of results. - Alex Hormozi. 5. [My most fav] There is always going to be someone who does things the EASY way, but that should not stop you from doing things the RIGHT way. - True Master.
Why Self-Development Isn’t Optional in Real Estate
As we head into the weekend, I want you to think about something that often gets overlooked in this industry — not because it isn’t important, but because it’s so foundational that people assume they can “get to it later.” Self-development isn’t a luxury. It’s not a bonus. It’s not a reward when the schedule finally clears. Self-development is the work behind the work. It’s your insulation against the emotional swings of this business. It’s your armor when you get hit with unexpected setbacks. It’s your foundation when everything around you feels unstable. Real estate is one of the most mentally demanding careers out there. It requires clarity, resilience, emotional intelligence, consistency, confidence, and discipline. And none of those traits appear accidentally. They are built — slowly, intentionally, through daily investment in yourself. Why Self-Development Matters More in Real Estate Than Almost Any Other Field Because this business will test every part of you: - Deals fall apart without warning - Clients shift directions - Markets change overnight - Income fluctuates - Seasons get busy or painfully quiet - Pressure builds - Doubt creeps in - Fatigue sets in If you’re not strengthening your inner world, your outer world becomes unstable. Self-development is what keeps you centered when everything external is uncontrollable. What Daily Self-Development Actually Does for You This isn’t just theory — these are practical benefits that change how you operate day to day: ✓ Regulates your emotions You don’t react impulsively. You respond with clarity. ✓ Strengthens your mindset You think bigger, sharper, more strategically. ✓ Rebuilds your confidence after setbacks You recover faster instead of spiraling. ✓ Anchors you to your purpose You remember why you’re doing this — and who you’re doing it for. ✓ Reduces reactivity You don’t get rattled by noise; you stay in control.

Personal experience -> when I wrote things I want to achieve and quite on paper, I completed it with accuracy 92-95% after some months. I tried notion, but pen and paper is the best, I'm planning about my life -> year -> months -> day. I think this will improve me 10x.
