Hi Friends! I'm Amanda from Gilbert, AZ - a 46 year old mom of 5 young adults with my first grandbaby due early September. I'm here because I am tired of trying to guess what my body needs to thrive. I suffer with chronic inflammation/rheumatoid arthritis, brain fog that makes me feel crazy, stress that makes me feel like running out of every room and stubborn extra weight that I can't seem to shake off through exhausting diet and exercise.
