I wanna KNOW lol
I have xleads and have had it since SEPT or OCT and have not used it because Ive been lost in the sauce with it, if you saw the zoom yesterday then I did contact xleads support so now my number does ring to my phone, "YAY" Questions's 1: Is there an XLEADS skool? 2:I assume if you have xleads you did your website "if allowed can you post it" "I'm doing mine" 3: I had godaddy but moved over to xleads hoping it will make sense to me 4: Using xleads toll free number do you also have a Google number if so do we need both Thank you

@Charon Shifflette That’s actually a bigger issue than most people realize. A lot of people focus on getting leads first, but if the contact flow, trust setup, or follow-up structure isn’t clear, those leads usually go cold fast even when they’re interested. At least now your number is connected properly, which is a good start. The next important part is making sure the whole path feels smooth and trustworthy when people respond back. That’s usually where the conversion difference happens.

@John Dummett Glad it helped John. Most people already have enough traffic or attention to make sales the leak usually happens somewhere in the system after that. For you personally, where do you feel things slow down most right now? - getting leads - follow-up - conversions - retention - or turning buyers into repeat customers? That part usually tells where the biggest revenue leak is.
Vegas and Colorado
We look at all deals 70% of ARV or below. Whole house renovations. The uglier the better. Can share current or past flips if need be. Only fix and flips atm. Single family, multi-family, condos/townhouses, and mobile homes. (Have anything outside of our buy box, maybe a different state, I can JV with you personally. If it pencils out, it's closing a good majority.) $300-$700k ARV. Look for 8-10% on returns. Youve got something that fits our criteria, DM me. @NextStepOffers Axis Realty.

@Kane Beezy Smart buy box. Most investors I see don’t actually struggle finding deals they struggle building a consistent pipeline of sellers and wholesalers that already trust them before the numbers conversation even starts. That’s usually where the real scaling difference happens. Curious what’s been the hardest part for you lately:finding enough qualified deals consistently, or getting the right people to bring them to you first?
Pump
I want to join Pump. Do we have to maintain both accounts? Pump Method and XLeads?

A lot of people get confused there at first. Usually the biggest issue isn’t having both accounts it’s whether the setup between them is actually structured correctly so leads, follow-ups, and conversions don’t get messy later. Are you mainly trying to use it for lead generation, automation, or building a full client acquisition system?
Direct Mail
Is anyone using the direct mail inside XLeads? I have some leads that I have exhausted and I want to send some direct mail but am trying to find the post cards and different ones in XLeads, please let me know where these are I am not finding them now, I do have the basic plan.

@Rachel Rodriguez I think direct mail + postcard templates in XLeads usually aren’t included in the basic plan, or they’re limited depending on the account type. Check under Campaigns → Direct Mail or Marketing → Postcards if it’s available in your dashboard. If you still don’t see it, it might be a plan restriction XLeads sometimes locks that feature to higher tiers. You could also double-check with their support just to confirm what your account has access to.
Tampa Fl
Anyone have any deals in Tampa Fl?

I might have something depending on what kind of deal you’re looking for. Are you trying to find deals for a specific niche (like services, local businesses, or online offers), or just general Tampa opportunities? If you want, I can also point you to a few structured deal systems people are using to consistently find better offers in Tampa just tell me what you’re focusing on. @Emondo Deroche
