Show up for yourself!
Real talk, the people who hit their goals aren't superhuman. They just don't quit on themselves. You're probably dealing with the same stuff as everyone else. Life's messy. Progress is slow sometimes. You doubt yourself. Whatever. That's all normal. What matters is that you keep moving. Even when it doesn't feel like much. Even when you can't see the finish line yet. Some of you are killing it right now. Some are starting over. Some have no idea what's next. I get it. But you're all here doing the work, and that's what counts. For those just starting: You need to be seen. Send those emails. Make those calls. Earn the "preferred" title. I know it's not easy, but it's the only way to actually start. The invisible work doesn't move the needle, visibility does. So this week, do something that gets you closer. One thing. Then come back and tell us what it was. What's your one move this week? Drop it below, let's keep each other honest.

that is very true... Melina is an inspiration to me. I came accross her IG page one day and also saw a video with Mark at the loan singing and it inspired me to not give up. I'm beginning this journey, I am afraid to go and do a signing alone right now.. I know I will over come the fear. I go back to the lessons, I catch things that I didn't before and so it helps me to feel a bit more confident. I do have a question : Do anyone of you alow shadowing a signing?

Hi Martha
This closing mistake delayed funding… who’s at fault?
We had a closing where the signer needed to sign in two different capacities: āœ”ļø As President of a company āœ”ļø And also in a personal capacity The notary completed the signing…but only captured the signature as President. The personal signature?Missed. The documents had to be corrected. Now here’s where it gets interesting… At The Closing Signing Service, we also reviewed the documents and we didn’t catch it either ;( When we reached out to the notary to fix it,they agreed to go back, but requested an additional fee. šŸ’” Here’s the lesson: Closings are not just about ā€œgetting signatures.ā€They’re about understanding how and in what capacity those signatures are required. This is where true professionalism shows. āœ”ļø Notaries must be detail-oriented āœ”ļø Signing services must have strong quality control āœ”ļø The priority should always be protecting the client experience Now I want to hear from you šŸ‘‡ Who do you believe is responsible in this situation? And be honest… If you were the notary, would you charge an additional fee to go back and fix it? āœ”ļø Yesāœ”ļø Noāœ”ļø Depends At the end of the day, this is exactly why I’m so passionate about training notaries…because the better they perform, the better we serve our clients. And of course, we got it resolved, the documents were corrected, and the transaction successfully funded šŸ’Ŗ

I wouldn’t charge any fees. I have to revise everything before closing the appointment.
Would YOU Charge a Print Fee in This Situation?
Before printing documents, do you verify that the signer’s name on the documents matches the name on the order? Now imagine this… You receive a package, print the documents, and THEN realize the documents are for a completely different person (wrong borrower/signer, not just a typo). Would you request a print fee? šŸ”˜ YesšŸ”˜ NošŸ”˜ Depends If YES, how much would you charge? šŸ‘‰ 25-page seller packagešŸ”˜ $15šŸ”˜ $20šŸ”˜ $25šŸ”˜ Other (comment below) šŸ‘‰ 150-page buyer packagešŸ”˜ $25šŸ”˜ $35šŸ”˜ $45šŸ”˜ Other (comment below) Drop your answers and explain your reasoning šŸ‘‡

⭐ Shoutout to Wanda! ⭐
Yesterday we had a very challenging closing situation where we needed urgent help to correct an issue from a previous appointment. Wanda, a member of our Skool community, stepped in and helped us resolve it quickly and professionally. Her flexibility, willingness to help, and professionalism made a big difference, and thanks to her support the closing was completed successfully for our client. Wanda, we truly appreciate your help yesterday. This is exactly the kind of collaboration and professionalism that makes this community strong. Thank you for stepping up when it mattered! šŸ‘
