Levels of change - Wins
As you review the Awareness and Focus Course - Following the Robert Dilts Process for the Neurological levels of change what Aha's, awarenesses, and epiphanies did you have when you went through the videos. I redo these also for myself when feeling stalled to remind myself of the focus of the value of contribution to a community of people who want more out of life. This always fills me with energy. To witness their own wins, realizations and then changed actions that do change their reality. There is a purpose bigger than me. Thats the purpose of helping others to move forward. What energizes you to keep going regardless of roadblocks? It is a powerful realization and resource to use to keep moving forward. Post your wins below. #wins

Love to review my environment as a clue to where my mindset is at. Its a great measurement for being aware.
Reset your mind reset your life
Welcome to the reset room. A Place where you will rewire your mind to what you want instead. Stuck, overthinking, anxious, then this will help you to self coach and shift to a clarity on action, on vision, on taking small steps to move yourself forward. My name is Matthew Tait and I am here to guide you through the process of changing your mind into an action taker. Resolve the anxiety, get clear about your vision forward, and take small steps to move your life away from what you do not want and towards what you do want.

Love to shift my focus from thinking to action.
Focus, What is one win you had yesterday?
Depending on your mindset, the type of questions you ask yourself can help you to shift focus very quickly. As out minds love to focus on fear, let's flip that script. Today's question, what wins did you have yesterday? No matter how small. Something that went well. Perhaps a system at work that we take for granted and now works perfectly and we take it for granted. Or a new contact. Or a solution was figured out. Comment a win you had yesterday that was lost in the business, that feels good when you remember that moment.

We had a busy day in our restaurant yesterday during lunch. Win for the day.
