Hey everyone👋
If you had to start an AI automation agency from scratch today… Which niche would you choose and why? - Real estate - Coaches - E-commerce - Local businesses - Healthcare Curious what everyone thinks😀
Day 5 of the AIS Challenge! 🚀
I officially built and deployed my business website live for the very first time! It was a deep dive into the end-to-end process, and learning this from scratch has been a total game-changer. Here's the live website - www.ofall.in - The Workflow: I started by using Claude Design and the design system for my brand to map out all the pages. Once the visuals were set, I handed everything over to Claude Code to handle the heavy lifting, fine-tuning the code, and implementing changes. Finally, I pushed the repository to GitHub and deployed it via Vercel using my custom domain from Hostinger. - The "Aha" Moment: I spent extra time ironing out glitches during the design phase to ensure a smooth launch. Building this way gave me much more control over the final product than a standard template. - Top Hack: The Screenshot Loop was a lifesaver. Claude understood the assignment perfectly, fixing visual bugs in one go. For the mobile version, which usually has more layout quirks, I used Puppeteer to take specific screenshots of the issues. Feeding those back to Claude allowed it to diagnose and resolve the mobile responsiveness issues instantly. It feels incredible to have a live site built with such a powerful AI-driven stack! #AISChallenge

Prompt right framework
Angle 3 is here — this is the one that changed how I prompt entirely. I used to get inconsistent results from AI. Same tool, completely different quality every time. Turned out the issue was my structure — or the lack of it. The TCRIE formula fixed it. Five steps, same order, every single time: T — Task. Don't describe the process. Describe the end result. "Write a post that gets 10 replies" not "write a post about AI." C — Context. Who you are, your background, your audience. AI writes for the average person without this. With it, it writes for you. R — References. Give AI something to study. A creator you like, a past email that worked, a format you want to match. It can reverse-engineer good work. E — Evaluate. What does a good answer look like? Word count, banned words, tone, what success means. Built-in quality control. I — Iterate. Ask for 3 versions minimum. The first output is always a draft. Most people stop there and wonder why AI isn't that useful. I built a full guide with real copy-paste templates for each step + 4 full examples including a cold email, a Threads post, and a learning plan. PDF is in the post . Try the formula today and tell me what you noticed — especially whether the Iterate step changes your results. 😃Questions:-> 1. Which framework your using in your work?? 2. What you think about this framework? 3. Any tips t improve more in the prompts??

The Journey Story — Zero to first £4,500 ConstructionX AI client
I’m 46. I spent 30 years on the tools. I joined Nate’s AIS Skool community in October last year. This morning a UK construction MD emailed me four words I’ll remember for the rest of my life: “Can we proceed with phase-1 please.” Here’s how it happened. Today, the MD of a UK construction firm emailed me four words I’ll remember for the rest of my life. “Can we proceed with phase-1 please.” £4,500 Phase 1 build. 50% deposit on start, 50% on delivery, two-week go-live guarantee. Signed verbally Tuesday evening, confirmed in writing this morning. This is not a victory lap. This is a story for anyone in this community sitting where I was sitting back in October when I first showed up. If I can do this, you absolutely can. Here’s how it actually happened. Where I came from 30 years on the tools. 20 of them co-founding a construction firm that grew from 2 people to 70. I’m 46. I started teaching myself AI in early 2025. Properly self-taught. No degree, no tech background, just YouTube and reading and breaking things and fixing them. The timeline that matters for this room: - 23 June 2025 I joined Liam Ottley’s AAA Skool community. Still a member today. - 15 September 2025 I incorporated ConstructionX AI Ltd at Companies House. - October 2025 I joined Nate Herk’s AIS Skool community. - November 2025 I joined AIS+. - Late January 2026 I stepped up into Liam’s paid AAA Accelerator tier. Still a member today. - 13 February 2026 the workspace went live and I committed to two posts a day. - 14 May 2026 (today) the first £4,500 build signs through the productised funnel. The brand had been quietly forming for months before the daily build started. Domain registered, soft conversations, early demos for friends. The visible push did not really begin until February. So: - ~14 months teaching myself AI - 8 months since incorporation - 7 months in this room - 6 months in AIS+ - 3 months of daily public building - Today, the first £4,500 build Not slowly, not quickly. Just relentlessly.

🚀New Video: Every Level of Claude Explained in 21 Minutes
I've spent over 400 hours inside Claude, and I'm breaking down exactly what separates someone stuck on level 1 from someone running five parallel sessions while they sleep, with the cheat codes to jump between each stage. Hope you enjoy!
