🔥How bad do you want it?
Hi Warriors, Nine years ago I saw an Inverted Muscle Up on YouTube for the first time. I knew immediately: I want to learn that. It took me nine almost 10 years until I got it.😮‍💨 You read that right! I'm telling you this because I want you to understand that moments like these don't happen overnight. And that's completely fine. There were phases where I was close. Phases where nothing worked. Months without any noticeable progress. Moments where I genuinely wondered if it would ever happen. Calisthenics is honest. Your body doesn't lie. And that's exactly what makes it so special. If you're currently working on a skill that feels out of reach... keep going! The journey will teach you a lot about yourself... What's your current "nine year skill"? The one you want to learn no matter how long it takes. 👇

Hi Warriors! Hope you're all doing great! This week was a wild one... I just moved to a new place. You'd think after moving so many times I'd have it figured out by now... yeah, nope. 😅 Still exhausting every single time. But I haven't forgotten about you! 🔥 I'm aiming to drop the new challenge by Sunday, along with an on-demand core workout on YouTube and trust me, you'll have every reason to "hate" me for it. 😂 It's genuinely tough, but completely scalable to your level. And beyond the visible abs (yes, those too 👀), it'll seriously strengthen the deep core muscles that are crucial for almost every calisthenics skill you're working toward. In the meantime wishing you all a wonderful weekend. And if you're celebrating Easter, I hope you have a lovely time wherever you are in the world. 🐣 Saludos, Coach G

He literally just moved and already starting challenges. I was just thinking about training and he comes up with an ab challenge, so excited but i know it’s gonna destroy us💪😂🫶

Hi warriors, It’s been a while.. I hope you’re all doing fantastic! I just finished recording a few exercises for a client who’s working on her front lever and human flag. While filming, I tried a progression that looked interesting and thought it might be worth exploring… 😂 Well😮‍💨 that one definitely didn’t make the cut. Been doing the pull-up challenge using your method — 10 mins, one per minute, then increasing reps. Realized my breathing was messing me up, I was inhaling on the pull which is why I’d sometimes barely hit one lol. But it’s going well, appreciate the tips 🙏​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​💪😋

Okay I’m IN💪 this challenge is elite. I can do around 2–5 pull-ups right now and I really wanna level that up this month. What’s the best way to boost my numbers?

@George Santos The challenge honestly sounds super motivating and I really want to commit to it The EMOM approach actually makes a lot of sense - I like the idea of progressing gradually without hitting failure every set. Thanks for the explanation💪🙃
