Colour without.” ❤️‍🔥Conscious Participation (How will I live, choose, relate, create and contribute from here?) - values - committed action - relationships - Creativity - psychological flexibility - conscious choice - self-compassion - grounding - everyday Higher Love - psychology resources The beating heart of the work, however, remains The Mystic’s Prayer, a book and teaching that grew from my own extended practice with the Prayer-Meditation, informed by Edgar Cayce’s work with the spiritual centres, together with psychology, past life regression, journaling, colour, dreams, spiritual experience and just importantly, messy life that keeps showing up along the way. One of the central teachings that 'was offered' to me through this experience involved karma (clearing energetic threads), and creativity 💫 Not “everything that happens to you is your fault.” Or pretending harm did not happen. Rather, the possibility that we can work with what we carry within, so that pain, fear, anger and old patterns are not endlessly reproduced through us.
