Ok, I know this is something 'we' coaches talk about and expect our clients to do, but let's be honest for a second. Even if I post up the PDF doc, the framework that you will need for the review, I know that less than 25% of you will actually complete it. That is a problem. The roadblocks I typically hear are "I don't have enough time", "I don't have the business TO review", "Everything is working fine, I'm not changing anything". If your business is important and you told yourself you were going to do everything it takes to see success in 2026, then you will do this and get it done. Here's what I'm looking for....I only want you to put up your hand and ask for the Quarterly review, if you are actually going to complete it. I want to be around people that execute on a regular basis. That said, a framework like this is ten times more powerful when you walk through it with someone who can push back, ask the hard questions, and help you see the blind spots.
