Celebrating 24 Years with my Sweetheart
Celebrating 24 years with Leo for our annual "honeymoon" at Breitenbush Hot Springs kid free! I'm so grateful for this human being in my life. The road has been challenging filled with ups and downs through MANY life changes--living over half our lives together. We're stronger for it. We've managed to spiral upwards together, pushing each other to our limits, coming out a better version of ourselves that wasn't possible alone. Comment below: What are annual rituals you give yourself to support what matters most to you in life?

Day 4 Challenge: Increase Focus
Practice Anapana Meditation for 10 Min this evening and/or tomorrow morning in silence When complete, comment below: “DONE! I was present feeling my nostrils for [give rough estimate ie. 30 seconds of 10 minutes] and [what you noticed]. It was easier to meditate in the [morning/evening].” Like AND comment on 2 other posts of fellow community members. Draft out what you've gotten out of the challenge in your journal. - Before the challenge, I [your challenge/struggle/why you joined]. - I joined because [reason you decided to participate] - I realized [any learnings about yourself and your body] - After the challenge, I feel [X] and created [specific, tangible results].

Done. I preferred doing this as an evening meditation and way to let go of the work day. In the morning, my to-do list for the day kept imposing. In the evening it was easier to bring myself back to my breath. I was probably present 30% of the timer so.
Day 2 Challenge: Practice NOW steps 3x (2 mundane and 1 unpleasant)
1. When done, comment on this post below something like: DONE! My routine activity was ___, my unpleasant activity or stressor was ___, and I discovered ______. 2.Comment on at least 2 other posts of fellow community members Note: One of your routine activities can be during the exercises you did from Day 1 (Body shaking, Dahnjon tapping, and intestinals)!

Done! My routine activities were making coffee and brushing my teeth and the stressful activity was responding to emails. Interesting exercise because just thinking about those activities activates energy sensations or holdings in different areas. Email brings on a locking of the neck/jaw and shoulders and even holding my breath. Hadn’t noticed that before.
Day 3 Challenge: Feel Less stress and More Vitality
Body Tap, Washing Machine, then Brain Wave Vibration (aka Dahnjon tapping with fists to lower core) for one deeper session (10 min) OR 3 mini-sessions (2-3 min each) using phrase "I feel X. It's ok, I choose to feel my Dahnjon." UPDATE: After the first 3 comments, I added more on what to post so I can learn what happened. See below! @AngaLee Alexander @Nanette Robinson @Ajda Vogelnik Saje When done, post in SolJoy Sanctuary on Skool: - “DONE! I did [1 deep session/3 mini sessions] and learned when using the phrase "I feel X. It's ok. I choose to feel my Dahnjon" Y." - Post a GIFFY of how you felt after doing it - Share what song you used - Like AND comment on 2 other posts of fellow community members Under Day 3, you can the Spotify song playlist I love to tap and shake to!

Done. I did intermittent sessions and am starting to feel hints of dissolving or unwinding in blocked areas. I feel a bit more energy and at the same time I feel how tired I am and how much stress I’ve been carrying. Using NOW was amazing - separating self from sensation of pain or blockage. It allowed me to observe the root areas causing the energy blockages. Not where I expected!
