A few months ago, I thought the hard part of building in AI would be the tech. Turns out, it wasn’t. The hardest part was: - figuring out what actually matters to automate - realizing most problems aren’t “AI problems”, they’re system problems What surprised me most is how often the bottleneck had nothing to do with leads or tools and everything to do with speed, clarity, and follow-through. Still early in the journey, but this completely changed how I look at lead generation and operations. what’s one assumption you had about lead gen or systems that turned out to be wrong?
