Assalamualaikum I know yhis may sound silly but the thing which is making me feel guilty is that i have been cooking food at my home for a month and half approximately.this is because my mom pays me and the fact that it is also my father's money and he doesn't even know about this makes me feel guilty. Like he would praise me for making the food while he doesn't even know I'm being paid and im not such a good daughter to do this work for free.i talked about this with my mom and she aaid its okay as obv i think if she takes permission from my father he wouldn't allow and then she would have to prepare the meals and she is too busy and exhausted to do that.Today my father even gave me reward for making food so at that moment I COULDN'T EVEN LOOK HM IN THE EYE. what should i do please help me out

I want to share a thing with yall which my arabic teacher told us in surah taha , the quran tells us abt the conversation of Allah SWT and Prophet Musa AS where in ayah 17 Allah SWT asks Musa AS "وَمَا تِلۡكَ بِيَمِينِكَ يَٰمُوسَىٰ" and what is that in ur hand O Musa? Musa AS answers in Ayah 18 that it is his staff, which he uses to lean on, knock down leaves for his sheep, and for other personal needs seee heree ,Prophet Musa AS doesn't only tell that its his staff ,he AS also tells its uses like he extends the conversation with Allah SWT bcz hw loves him in this world ,when we like someone, we try to talk to them even if there is nothing and we try to extend our conversation same here ,Prophet Musa AS extends the convo in the love of Allah SWT and what I learnt from it? the main way of conversation with Allah SWT is our salah right and what we do in it?pray only fard... where we need to extend it we need to make long dues we need to slow down in the salah we need to talk with Allah SWT abt everything even if we can't understand what's going on. we say that we love Allah SWT but how can we prove it?iykyk

Salam alykum gng! the thing is ion know how to cook like fr ,I know how to fry an egg or make tea ig that's enough but people around me dont think so ,I know cooking is a life essential and maybe I will learn it someday but not now as am busy working on my studies and deen and stuff also I am clumsy so cooking isn't my thing ,my younger sister on the other hand is an expert so most of the time people compare us saying I am useless like what broo almost all girls my age know how to do these stuff while I just sit in the corner ,ion know ,should I learn it? by tbh I don't want to do so atleast for noww also I dont like staying in that weird place with raw material around(a kitchen) my parents have never asked me to do that but in front of relatives they also be like she doesn't know anything about it while I help them In doing household chores fr (like fixing something electrical, carrying heavy stuff, moving furniture etc)
