I have 52 clients in 25 days
I sent cold sms to 10000 people and I booked 2370 meetings. I didn't finish all the meetings but it has been like 25 days and I get 52 clients for website and FB ads. I am really happy now. I am sharing this so other people can also do cold sms and start making money. if you need any help, message me so I can help you with the same setup I use.

The Biggest Myth
The biggest myth in scaling is that you need more effort. The reality is you need a better system. 1:- Automations 2:- Workflows 3:- Ai agents 4:- Funnels The goal isn't to replace human connection; it's to replace those manual, routine friction points so you can focus your time on high-impact strategy and personalized client interaction—the stuff that actually generates wealth. Goal Identify Your Top 3 Time-Sinks For a scaling business, all the repetitive tasks must be automated Here are the three most common workflows used by businesses: 1. Lead Nurturing: Sending follow-up emails, providing value, and building trust immediately after a lead downloads a resource or shows interest in your brand. Manual Friction: Manually writing, segmenting, and sending individual emails or moving contacts between spreadsheets. Automation Solution: Pre-written, multi-step email sequences automatically triggered by a form submission (using a tool like GoHighLevel). 2. Appointment Booking/Follow-up: The endless back-and-forth communication required to schedule a consultation or sales call, plus the confirmation/reminder emails. Manual Friction: Coordinating schedules, sending multiple reminders, and handling reschedules—all consuming valuable admin time. Automation Solution: Integrated scheduling software (Calendly or GHL built-in tool) that sends automated confirmations and SMS reminders, drastically reducing no-shows. 3. Customer Onboarding System: The Checkout, initial email series, resource delivery, and setup steps required once a client pays. Manual Friction: Manually granting access to membership sites, sending welcome packets, and initiating the first call. Automation Solution: CRM workflows that automatically processes payment, grants access to the course/portal, and notifies your team to initiate personalized contact. Conclusion: This isn't about being lazy; it's about being strategic. Every manual task you eliminate is an hour you reclaim for high-level strategy and client interaction

Here to learn how people set up opportunities and conversion reporting in GHL
Hey Everyone, I'm from New Zealand but live in Squamish, BC Working for a learning and training org called Flow Genome Project, migrating from Hubspot Would love to get people's perspective on how they optimize pipeline management in GHL, as well as reporting on show rate/close rate!

Start with planning how many pipelines you need, it could be based on the customer journey. Either you can have different pipelines based on offers or the marketing campaign. Totally upto you. Then inside of each pipeline think about stages you think that are important Dont try to perfect everything in start, you can always edit your stuff
Need Some High Level Guidance
I am Ammar and i started my journey 2 years ago in marketing/copywriting. Right now i am working as Funnels and Automations specialist for Coaches and Home Service businesses. After launching 10-12 campaigns, scaling a coaching business from $8 k to $30k (using funnels), building 40+ landing pages, 6 sales funnel>>>> I realized rather than trading time for DFY customized service i should move toward productized offer. I do have snapshot + some automations and i want to reach $100k MRR (400 clients at $299 package) I have three plans in mind: 1. Just focusing Cleaning businesses in USA 2. Become a little broader and focus on Home service businesses in USA(e.g electical + plumbing + hvac) 3. Or should i go for a specific home service specific State Let me know what route should i take
