💫 The Moment Is There… Can You Stay With It?
You can be present when things are calm. When you’re alone. When nothing much is happening. When there’s no pressure. But real life doesn’t stay like that. A conversation gets intense. Someone says something unexpected. Something doesn’t go your way. A message comes that you weren’t expecting. And suddenly… the mind reacts. Fast. Thoughts rush in. Emotions rise. Attention is pulled away. And in those moments… everything you noticed last week becomes harder. Not because you can’t come back. But because the moment feels more important. More charged. More real! ————————————— So this week, we explore something different. Not just coming back… But staying with the moment. Even when: • emotions are present • thoughts are loud • situations feel uncomfortable And maybe… this is where you try something simple. See which one of the ways you explored last week fits the moment. And gently come back. Then see if you can remain present… throughout what’s happening. The moment is there. Be there for it, NOW! 🎯 Today: Notice one moment that feels slightly uncomfortable or reactive. See which way helps you come back from last week and whether you can stay with the moment a little longer.

🚀 Come Back With Your Favourite Song
There’s a song you love. The one that changes your mood instantly. The one that brings that holiday feeling. Light. Easy. Alive. Today, use it. Put on your favourite song. And this time… don’t let it play in the background. Be there for it. From the first note… to the last. Listen to the music. The instruments. The lyrics. The pauses in between. Notice how it feels. Notice where your attention goes. And when the mind drifts, bring it back to the song. Again and again. Until the song ends. Just this. No multitasking. No phone. No thinking ahead. Just you… and the music. The moment is there. Be there for it, here, NOW! 🎯 Today: Play your favourite song… and be fully present for the entire song. Don’t drift away. Just listen. And remember this feeling. You can use this song as a way to come back to the present moment whenever you need it.

⚙️ Autopilot Feels Safe… Until This Happens
You’re on an important call. A conversation begins. They introduce themselves. You respond. They respond. Everything seems normal. The situation feels safe. And autopilot kicks in. Attention quietly moves. To something else you need to do. To a problem you’re trying to solve. To thoughts that feel more important. Meanwhile, the conversation continues. Then later… you realise something strange. You don’t remember their name. Or what you were supposed to do next. The moment was there. But I slowly disappeared. And it’s not just this moment. Autopilot feels safe… until it starts taking you away from what’s important. Or turns a simple moment into something more complicated… or even a little uncomfortable. ⸻ 🎯 Today: Notice when something important but routine is happening… and the mind slips into autopilot. Just catch the moment attention begins to drift. Before the same information needs to be asked again… or the moment needs to be repeated. or someone has to ask, “Are you with me?” Does this feel familiar?

It does feel familiar on a regular basis!!! Is there anything you can do to not let that happen? I mean what can you do to not your mind drift? Becasue we notice it after it has already drifted 😅
🤯 How A Simple Moment Becomes A Whole Day
You wake up! Your partner says something small. Nothing major. Just a simple remark. You respond. You both move on. The day begins. Then later… the mind returns to it. That didn’t sound right. They always do that. Why do they say things like that? Now it’s no longer just about that moment. The mind starts going further. This is going to affect the whole day. Now Friday is going to feel off. The weekend is probably going to be the same. And then it goes back. Last time this happened, we argued. Before that, it turned into a whole thing. This is how it always starts. And just like that… A small moment from the morning has turned into a story about the entire day. Built from a mix of what just happened… what might happen… and what already happened. Nothing new has actually happened. But inside, everything feels different. Because the mind didn’t stay with the moment. It expanded it. Across time. The moment was simple. The mind made it complicated. 🎯 Today: Notice when the mind takes one small moment… and builds a story using the past and the future. Just catch where it begins. Does this feel familiar?

It does feel very familiar 😂 the moment doesn't stay as moment! Mind has got the opportunity to bring the past memories of how same thing happened and will predict what will happen next… that agitation can spoil the whole moment! I like your advice of Simply catching it early makes you remain calm and help the moment not to become an event! It gives the other person the opportunity to calm down too & control their mind 🙏🏽😊
🤯 How Much Of Your Life Is Spent Reading Other People’s Minds?
Sometimes nothing actually happens. Someone pauses before replying. A message takes longer than usual. A conversation ends quietly. But the mind doesn’t like unanswered moments. So it starts filling in the blanks. Maybe they’re annoyed. Maybe I said something wrong. Maybe they’re thinking something about me. Very quickly a simple moment becomes something bigger. A whole story appears where there was only silence. And the interesting thing is… Most of the time we’re not reacting to what actually happened. We’re reacting to what we think someone else might be thinking. The moment was simple. The mind made it complicated. This week inside NOW Mode we’re exploring a very common habit: How often the mind tries to guess what other people are thinking. It feels protective. But it can quietly drain a lot of mental energy. 🎯 Today: Notice when your mind starts guessing what someone else might be thinking. Not to stop it. Just to notice the moment it begins.

Aaahhh! Another favorite topic of the mind 🤩 So true :) Mind is so clever when it cant get food of thoughts to annoy… this is where it gets the most importance! Love the way you said it feels protective! 😊
