@Dovydas Kriščiūnas the channel its is used in direct connection with the comminity. We use it to stream, we use it to demonstrate thumbnail creation, we use it to demonstrate edits, shorts and other repurposing strategies and use YouTube studio for analytics. So, it's more of a working tool than it is a monetizing channel.

@Dovydas Kriščiūnas Exactly, YouTube is part of the operating system for the community, not the end product. The channel does bring new people in, but its main purpose is to serve the members who are already inside. Most of my content is designed to support their growth, reinforce the frameworks we use, and give them more ways to practice showing up with confidence and authority. New people discover the community through the channel, but the real value happens once they’re inside where they can participate, connect, and actually apply what they’re learning.
