First time order return
Hi, one is my costumers wants to return an order. She ordered from germany. What do I have to do now? Where can she send it back to? How do I get my money back? Thanks for help!

My return policy is “Returns and exchanges in 30days: Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn’t returned in original condition.” Is it a valid reason to refuse the return, because she doesn’t like the frame and ordered the wrong size?
