Reta Side Effects
Hi everyone! So I was on tirzeptide starting dose and I wanted to switch to Reta. When I tried switching over I had a racing heart for a few days and barely slept. I know this has been mentioned as a side effect. For reference, I had a 5mg bottle mixed with 1ml of bac water. I did a shot of 12 units on a 1ml insulin syringe. I tried to break it up and I did 5 units then another 5 three days later. I didn’t have a racing heart then but I didnt feel it working at all. I continued using it then used the dose form 5 units to 7, then the racing heart started. In this a side effect that will go away or not? The tirzeptide worked well for me except i would get blurry vision 2-3 days after my injection which is a big reason why I wanted to switch. I don’t know what I should do. Has anyone had any of these side effects?

Reta has a half-life of about six days or 144 hours. If you do it any sooner, you are going to hammer your receptor sites and stop responding. It is also well documented and you can search on the NIH or pub med, that it has a transient effect on increase in resting heart rate. Most studies report that this subsides in about 6 to 16 weeks depending on the individual.

@Maria Vella get some DSIP!
Thymacin alpha 1
My son tested positive for the flu. Has anyone used thymacin alpha 1 as a last minute protection against a flu exposure? If so, what is the dosage. I have a vial in my freezer.

Want to let you know that I will be out of pocket starting tomorrow!
Hi Ladies! I am going to keep it real with you on this post! I am going in for surgery tomorrow to fix and encapsulation on one of my breast implants. I've been putting this off, but I really need to do this! So I will be out of pocket the next few days (starting tomorrow) as I get through the hardest part of the recovery process. So... I'm not ignoring you, I just might be medicated lol. I have my "healing protocol" ready to go with my peptides and red light therapy etc. I will keep everyone updated on that (maybe a future podcast episode 🤔). Speaking of the podcast, I am running behind this week but hope to have one posted this afternoon!

@September Buttorff worked well for me! You're only supposed to do this cycle a couple times per year.
Injection Site Reaction
I know that GHK and/or KLOW can have a "sting" because of the copper, but I am having a reaction when I inject any of the peptides. I let the filled syringe get to room temperature and every time the site still feels like a very itchy mosquito bite which lasts for days. I've tried tried stomach, hips and thighs. I'm wondering if I've developed an allergic reaction to the needle. Can anyone share their own experiences and if they have a recommendation for quality syringes?

Are you sensitive to the BAC water?

@Hillary Johns Oh, my mistake. I thought you said you were having reactions to all injections. Some people are sensitive to the benzyl alcohol. Just making sure you buy water that's tested.
