My ideal feeling is balanced ( one of my feelings for 2026) My main focus is improving my time management i.e. saying no to extra projects I am clearing out all sorts from my apartment! Cobwebs, expired seasonings, stuff that I haven't used in ages
Lunar New Year!
Don’t forget there is also a New Moon Eclipse in Aquarius happening and the moon has already moved into Pisces. New moons = resting energy, time to set intentions Eclipses = unexpected change Lunar new year = calling in new energy What are you doing today to harness this power? I’m wearing red, cleaning with my singing bowl, reading manga to call in more fun for my inner child, drinking herbal tea, and working!

I did a lovely Feelings-based yoga class :) and then went out for dinner with a close friend. The molten lava cake for dessert was totally worth it as well! Exceeded my expectations!
Start Small
The guilt and shame of carrying over tasks day-to-day or year-to-year is heavy. And telling yourself you’ll just get it done without changing it is not going to help. You have to start small and break it down into something realistic (believably so) and actionable. You don’t read 6 books in a year, you start with 5 pages. You don’t gain muscle without starting with that first strength training workout. You don’t build a healthy loving relationship without working through your own shit. You don’t start a podcast by thinking about it. Start small. Start with 5 minutes. Make it believable. Make it actionable. What do you need to spend 5 minutes doing? For me: it’s stretching! 🧘🏽‍♀️

I was really into journaling and yoga but for the last 2 years I struggled to do either! I would like to spend 5 minutes doing both :)

Low energy? Fatigue? Needing more rest than usual? This week has a heavier feel to it, likely due to 2 major things: 🟢 We're wrapping up the year of the Snake. There were some heavy moments in the past year to shed all that we have been carrying along with us that is no longer needed. This week is the final layer. 🟢 We're at the final degree of Saturn in Pisces. The 29º of the zodiac is meant to be the end of a karmic cycle. With Pisces being the last sign, this is a wrap up of a cosmic 12-sign cycle. With Saturn entering Aries (the first sign) on Saturday, there is a new cosmic cycle beginning. Saturn is the planet of discipline and we have major transitional stages in our life linked to Saturn's return (around age 28-30). Reflection: How are you feeling right now and what feels heavy in your life? Looking back at the past year, what are some major relationships, jobs, lifestyle choices that you have let go of (willingly or unwillingly)?

OMG The exhaustion is crazy. My currently employer has always been a sticking point and the situation gets worse with every passing year in some ways. I feel the need to get rid of doing too much! Although I'm still trying to find the sweet spot of what is "enough" for me.

Take a moment to visualize your future Self. Where do you see yourself finding joy? What are you doing? What do you see around you? What sounds do you hear? What textures do you feel? Now think about this week. 🟢 How can you spend 5 minutes of your time taking a step towards your future? Take a moment to write it on a piece of paper, pen it into your calendar (or add it to your digital one). Then tell me below: What's your one action?
