You don’t have to try harder…
You don’t need to try harder. You don’t need to pray longer. You don’t need to force yourself to have more faith. Sometimes the reason you feel stuck, overwhelmed, anxious, reactive, exhausted, or disconnected isn't because you're doing something wrong. It’s because your body is still living in survival mode. When your nervous system doesn't feel safe, it becomes difficult to rest, trust, connect, hear God's voice clearly, or experience the peace He promises. Healing isn't about striving. It's about helping your mind, body, and spirit return to safety. Because when your body begins to feel safe, peace becomes possible.
