Examples: Walking, journaling, worship, gratitude, creativity, prayer, music, reflection. Tip: Aim for an activity that is super simple, something that you would do every single day for the next 100 days if you're sick, if you're tired...start with something that takes 5 minutes or less. Note: If you're having trouble coming up with a super simple activity, join the monthly goal setting class! Check the calendar for the next available class.
