Im finally rolling backwards yall!!! 🤗 a lil wobbly, but i got it lol!!! I tried my whole childhood and never could get it. I was watching a youtube video and a woman said a trainer can talk to you about where to put the weight all day but it wont click until you finally feel it and they were absolutely right lol. When you feel it you’ll be like “Duh, that’s what Glo was saying the whole time💁🏽‍♀️😂” keep trying until you finally feel it!!!
