Week 2, Monday is here!!!
Last Endurance Strength from the super block - I can’t believe this is almost over but I’m honestly ready for something else so that’s good this is the last wee. Now that anniversary weekend is behind us, I’m really ready to lean back into this mini shred/cut and see what I can do. I know for sure I need to keep lifting heavy and to fatigue, but I really need to focus on moving more during the day and hitting those 10k steps which is honestly the bigger challenge for me. It essentially requires walking pad time and the ability to get out for a mile at work for it to even happen. With rain forecasted and chillier temps most of this week I just have to do the best I can! Meas are planned and plugged in - just time to follow the plan! What’s your goal for this week?

Spin ✅ It’s been a week of eating in my “challenge” split, being consistent in aiming for those targets, and getting almost or over 10k steps a day! It has actually felt easier than I thought it would! 🙌🏼 This weekend is the only time in the next 5 weeks where I’ll give myself this much freedom, because we’re celebrating 10 years of being married (4/16 was our anniversary) and we’re away! Since I’ve been so locked in, I’m moving into it with intention and just focusing on not drinking too much, steps, hydrating, enjoying the time together and *not* stressing over food — the instant we do, “eating healthy” just becomes unhealthy anyway. 😁

Where did the weekend go?
Holy moly, I can't believe how quickly they fly by. I do a lot, and get a lot done, but I forget to check in here and I'm sorry about that! This week I have my 2nd week of Sure Thing Super Block (MY VERSION) :) -- Upper body power, Endurance Strength, and Strength and Stability are my 3 lifts for the week, Thursday Recovery/Mobility, Friday Spin and Saturday is an optional pilates (track pilates with Autumn here at home if I have the time and energy). I find myself sore because of the slider work (we didn't use them today but they really made me sore last week with endurance week) My period should be coming next week and I've been tired for the last week, my body has been warmer, and my Oura is warning me something is straining my body. Usually as my period comes I can tell but I don't usually get warning signs from my ring, so I'm a little anxious. Just trying to be realistic that it could just be that the weather is actually getting warmer now so my body temp is going to be warmer. (I definitely felt HOT overnight last night which is rare, i'm usually cold but it was also 52 degrees when I woke up. Anyway, enough of the novel. Happy Monday!
