Buyer’s Consult
How is everyone’s week going?? I’m so pumped to have my first buyers consult today in my second week as an agent. I’m getting overwhelmed with all of the content video ideas I have in my head 🤯 Good thing? Ha Stay true to yourself and don’t get lost in the thoughts. Stick to the plan! One day at a time.

@Nicholas Navas that’s a whole process in itself bro. Your team that you’re on should help you with that. What’s their motivation? Their wants and needs. Use open ended questions. The first half of the consult should be 80% the client talking and the last half should be you 80% talking. The buyers consult is showing that you’re a good fit for them.
