Now that the weather is getting nicer and the sun is finally showing up more… I’m curious 👀 Do you personally find it EASIER or HARDER to stay on track with your workouts and nutrition during the spring/summer months? For some people:☀️ nicer weather = more motivation, movement, walking, energy, and healthier habits. For others:🍔 BBQs, drinks on patios, vacations, late nights, campsites, and social events can make consistency a lot harder. Honestly, I think most people struggle with balance this time of year.
