Good problems!
Summer School launch has been a lot of work on top of working my dirty title opportunities. I did a real time demo of how I just uncovered an estate with title issues worth approximately $1.2m . Spending less than 30 minutes of time and a few dollars of additional research and skip tracing. My VAs are focused on lead generation and research. So I need to hire an additional VA to help with administration of Summer School. Good problems! I’m so grateful for these challenges.

Hello all! I'm an investor out of Central FL with over 10 years under my belt. I have a rental portfolio built over time that I started as a single unemployed mom. My top 3 obstacles are. 1. Finding deals with some meat on the bone. 2. Day to day schedule and time blocking. 3. Doing all the tings and still being a mom, wife and juggling family needs.
