Day one 🕜
If you are new here, you may be looking for the challenge. At the top you see "community" and right next to it, it says "classroom". Enter the classroom and you will see the Permission to Live option. Each day has a graphic, 3 options to choose from. If you are feeling wild and crazy you can do more, but the challenge is to pick one. The best part is sharing here! Do not be shy. It is motivating knowing others are doing this alongside you! There is an audio you are welcome to listen to, as well.

I played the color game on Day one of the challenge, I recalled last year I noticed lots of reds and this time I was noticing lots of pinks, I recently changed which converse I am wearing from purple to pink, wore a cute pink shirt that allows for noticeable changes when my weight fluctuates, but somehow reds still infiltrated my mind cardinals flying around me non stop between yesterday and Monday! We spoke largely at work about all the reds that are still vibrant in my tattoos. I’ll add on Monday I knew the challenge was about to begin so I was taking time to be present in my presence, I was doing some bird watching (cardinals again) when I heard the call and spotted a Oriole. We don’t get to see them very often and I just thought man what a wonderful gift I wasn’t even expecting! Pictured below âŹ‡ïž some of the Pinks that stuck out to me between yesterday and Monday.
I am living my childhood dream.
It’s hard to put into words exactly how much this last trip meant to me, not only because I got to share it with the man that I love, but we shared that time with our creators, our mothers. I’ve always had a deep sense of family connection and love that when it comes to travel my mother simply never says no. I now have two Moms the one who made me and the one who chooses to love me. I cannot express how grateful it is to be in this moment. Life was hard for a few years after my Dad passed away. I was so lost and then like some small miracle I’d been found by the people I needed the most.
I am living my childhood dream.
✍ Permission to Dream
Today you have permission to lift your gaze above the day-to-day and imagine what could be. 🌠 It’s easy to get so caught up in to-do lists and obligations that we forget the part of us that dreams — the one who believes in possibility, who can feel what’s waiting beyond what’s visible right now. Today, we pause to listen to that voice and let it speak freely. 💛 Option A: Write down 3 things you’d love to experience in the next year. Let yourself dream without limits. Don’t think about how it will happen — just capture what excites your soul. A trip, a feeling, a new habit, a personal milestone — write them all down as invitations to the Universe. đŸ’« Option B: Make a mini vision board. Open Canva, Pinterest, or a stack of old magazines and gather images that feel like your future. Don’t worry about perfection — this is play, not planning. Let it be colorful, emotional, and wildly you. 🌿 Option C: Share one dream with someone who inspires you. Say it out loud to a friend, mentor, or partner — not for validation, but for energy. Speaking dreams gives them life. You might just spark something in them, too. Your dreams are roadmaps from your soul — quiet whispers of what you’re meant to explore. So dream boldly, freely, and unapologetically today. The first step toward becoming is daring to imagine. đŸ’«

I love dreaming about “what could be” or “should I do this” or, “We could do that” I spent a good amount of my life thinking about all the possibilities along with the probability of situations. This one comes perfect with timing I have all this time off to get some other things I’ve dreamt about accomplished and fire off some new ones! 🙌🙌. Yesterday I wrote down the 3 things I’d like to see coming true for 2026. Not only did I write them into my existence but Eric and I had some great conversations about some of my new goals and what I’d like to see for my 2026. I think I’m going to make a vision board today either physically or digitally, I tend to make declarations that never happen but I feel strongly about it! I’m attaching the 3 things of ‘26 below.

@Tanya Pence haven’t made it yetđŸ«Ł, I have been utilizing this moment of feeling creative to make little ornaments for family and friends for a Christmas project though so I’m happy about that. I need some magazines I might try to snag some this week-end!

Permission to Celebrate Yourself🎉
Wednesday seemed like a good day for a Permission Skip✹ Today you have permission to pause, look back, and actually see yourself — not for what still needs to be done, but for how far you’ve already come. So often we skip the part where we honor our own growth. We race from one milestone to the next, forgetting that celebration is fuel for the journey — not a distraction from it. Today is your reminder that you are worthy of acknowledgment, applause, and joy right now, not “someday.” 💛 Option A: Write down 3 things you’re proud of today. They don’t have to be big or dramatic — maybe you got out of bed when you didn’t want to, showed kindness when you could’ve shut down, or simply kept going. Let your list reflect who you’re becoming, not just what you’ve done. đŸ’« Option B: Share a win in the group. It could be something internal, like feeling more peaceful, or something external, like finishing a project or having a hard conversation. Let us celebrate you — because your courage gives others permission to shine, too. 🌿 Option C: Do a small celebration ritual. Play your favorite song and dance in your kitchen. Light a candle. Make a toast to yourself. Say out loud, “I’m proud of me.” Mark this moment — because you deserve to be witnessed in your becoming. You don’t need a reason to celebrate — being alive, trying again, and showing up as yourself is reason enough. So raise your glass, your heart, or your energy
 and celebrate you. đŸ„‚âœš

I’m happy today’s lesson aligned with what was already happening in my day. Meant to be! Long, laborious hours today, but that is where the win happened today I transplanted all 72 plants. 2 years ago when I began this new job I could not even muster 1! It’s like a dual win because it shows just how much strength I’ve gained as well in my almost 3 year gym/lifting journey too.🙌🙌
