#FriendFriday šŸŽ‰
It's time to celebrate each other! In the COMMENTS BELOW, please share a Skool community you think is doing really great things. It can be one you've participated in yourself or one that you've heard from others is amazing. Please do the following: 1. Tell us the name of the community and link to it (affiliates allowed). 2. Tag the person who owns the community. If they are not in the CLASSIFIEDS, then please send them a DM and let them know that you mentioned them here. I promise you will make their day! 3. Describe why the group is so wonderful and how it has helped you. Please DO NOT just copy and paste the About page! 4. Comment on each others comments and scroll through the referrals to see if there's an amazing group you are missing out on! Thanks so much for supporting each other and this community! Please note that any #FriendFriday mentions that are created as new posts will be deleted. Thanks! Please DO NOT promote yourself. 🤨. The entire community is for promoting yourself. This post is for celebrating someone else. 😊

I'm reversing my Early Menopause. No affiliate, it's just been AMAZING 😭 So, I'm 40. I've had 4 kids, significant PPD, and 7 pregnancies in total. I'm a chronic workaholic for a great cause and I'm pretty sure I have spending every waking moment bathed in blue light to thank for my thinned out hair and (most of) my weight gain. I started going menopausal, having periods 100-115 days apart for over a year, and I was worried about the health implications of that for now and for later life. I knew hormones were important, but I didn't know what to do! @Evelyn Szeinbaum and I connected in a different group in January. We got to talking in DMs about some things and I poked around her group and did a deep dive learning about "circadian rhythm" because it was in one of her testimonials or about page or something. I started getting a just bit of light in the mornings, before I got to my computer or phone, a few days a week. I can report that not too long after I started doing that "look at real light first" things started to change a little. Sleeping a bit better, but nothing BIG. But once I joined The Hormone Hub (3/30/26) I started doing the things MUCH more consistently and for "real." It was in simple actions that I could take one at a time. I was not expecting such quick results. Total TMI but I had some spotting later that same week after consistent, longer exposure and kicking my night time blue light down a notch. 😱 It was my first sorta cycle in 51 days, and the last 4 cycles were 100+ days apart basically. It was my sign that Evelyn was right and my circadian rhythm (and hormones) needed some love. I kept going with the missions! 21 days after that first "sorta period" shift, I had my first real period in 70 days. Not 100+ days... 70 days. I have never been so excited for a visit from Aunt Flo. šŸ˜† Then... a couple days after that big win, we had a "live" meetup online and unpacked a little more and discussed some of the results I was already starting to see (hello, Flo!), discussing circadian rhythm even deeper. Guys, I did the stuff she said šŸ˜†
I ā¤ļø Growth Burst so... I want to redo your Cover šŸ“ø
For free. Here's why... (no sales pitch) If Growth Burst is going to work as an option for people that want it, we gotta look snazzy. If you are just starting out or you are working hard on your community but have no clue what to do... can I make you a cover photo for your about page? Caveat- I'm a speech therapist. I have done graphics for myself and family ONLY. šŸ˜… Credentials- I've spent more time in Canva and Chat than someone starting out. šŸ¤“ I want to help one skool community a day (it will be my motivation to get 800-1000 words a day into my book for Amish mamas) and if you don't love your new cover... no worries! Please use it only if you love it. What I need.... - Your branding vibe - Your current about page - Your photo (preferably a good branding photo) if you got it - Your permission, so it isn't weird (-er than it already is 😁) - Your Skool activity. Unless you just started, I would love to help people that are doing STUFF Anybody want to give it a shot? P.S. If you have awesome about page photo skills, don't laugh at mine too hard, and maybe offer to help too? Let's get faaancy! P.P.S There's probably mostly people who know what they are doing in here, but I wanted to try to do something!!!

@Brenda Chilstrom I am stoked to do it! We had a tornado warning at 4:30am and I have been dealing with a flooded outbuilding. I will be getting to it later today! :)

I need to make a change...
Well, you can't tell it from my recent behaviour, but I really try hard not to change meetings days/times. Unfortunately, I've just found out that I won't be able to take my daughter to daycare on Monday, and at 4 years old, she is far from independent, so I'm going to have to change the time for our Personals meeting next week. My sincere apologies, but the meeting will now be on Wednesday the 24th at the same time. I hope you can make it!

High Protein Meals Matter for Hormone Health… But Not As Much As THIS
I see this everywhere now. High protein smoothies. High protein brownies. High protein cookies. And yes…Getting enough protein matters. High protein meals can help with: • blood sugar regulation • PCOS • cravings • muscle mass • metabolism • and overall hormone health But hormones are about more than food and exercise. There is one thing that can raise blood sugar, increase cravings, elevate stress hormones, and wreck sleep that most people NEVER think about: LIGHT Just like junk food…There is also junk light. Artificial light at the wrong times can affect: • cortisol • melatonin • sleep quality • energy • hunger signals • and even how your body responds to food So yes…Plan your high protein meals. But pair them with high quality light for the biggest benefit. If you want to learn how to optimize your light environment for regular cycles, better energy, mood, sleep, and hormones, come join me inside The Hormone Hub. Which do you think affects hormones more: high protein or light?

@Tiffany Noel Taylor Me too! I had no idea it work so effectively and relatively so fast. I have been trying to help things in that area of my health for almost 3 years now. The last 3 months have been such a big pivot.
