Your Body Is Not Tired — It’s Done Being Ignored
Here’s the part most wellness spaces won’t say out loud: Fatigue is often a protest, not a deficiency. Your body shuts down when it learns you won’t listen unless it screams. – Subtle signals ignored → louder symptoms – Boundaries skipped → inflammation speaks – Emotional labor unaccounted for → physical collapse This is why “rest more” doesn’t work. You don’t need rest. You need respect for your internal signals. Unpopular belief (and it’s true): 👉Healing starts when you stop negotiating with your body and start believing it the first time. 10-Minute Savage Practice: Set a 10-minute timer. Sit. No phone.
