When you sign up for a course through your Certification Board, it takes approximately 24 hours for your course to show in your classroom as we must receive the information and confirmation from your board which is sent to us once per day on weekdays. If you sign up for a course through Skool directly if that course is available for general purchase, you will see the course immediately in your dashboard upon payment. PLEASE ALLOW 24 HOURS ( EXCLUDING WEEKENDS AS STAFF ARE NOT IN THE OFFICE TO SEND US THE LISTS) FOR ACCESS TO YOUR COURSE. Much Thanks for your understanding and patience ! I have signed up for the neuroplasticity course and cannot access it. I have paid for it, is there something I need to do?

I paid for 4 classes but have not been provided access to the courses.
