I am the HR/Payroll Manager at Napco, Inc. in the mountains of North Carolina. We are a manufacturing company that creates packaging products. I am a team of ONE. I'm not sure how I keep my sanity some days with 100 employees. Honestly, I'm fortunate to have great employees. Some days are better than others of course.
