Heyyyy girls heyyy!! Question for yall…I know you are not supposed to inject in a stretch mark…ha jokes on me I am covered. Any recommendations? I am always leaving bruises or red spots. I actually have 2 spots that are darker 😢

Hello so I’ve started to take our RETA/CAG 12.5 MG/2.5 MG and KLOW 10 MG…. Next, I would like to take NAD + and GHKCU topical, what milligram should I buy- and how much should I inject AND of the topical should I use if I’m already on KLOW…?

You can totally use both topical and pin of ghkcu! NAD just have enough to last you 25mg a day 3x a week to start - so if your bottle is 500mg it should last you 6-7 weeks if you stay at that dose

Headache
I was on Klow but it finished I have Glow and started it on Sunday I've had a headache and assume it's that Can that be possible?

You probably just really need some electrolytes and more protein!
