Dosage
Hello so I’ve started to take our RETA/CAG 12.5 MG/2.5 MG and KLOW 10 MG…. Next, I would like to take NAD + and GHKCU topical, what milligram should I buy- and how much should I inject AND of the topical should I use if I’m already on KLOW…?

@Christina Perez i’m not sure what CAG is but it is in the Reta that I take has CAG in it- I feel perfectly fine no nausea no jitters. I don’t think it’s controlled all my hunger, but I am taking 10 possibly to 12 units in the syringe every five or possibly four days…..

@Holly Marshall hi and thank you so much for all of your feedback so once I mix the BAC water with it- and I should keep it at room temperature, inject myself with it and then put it in the fridge with a foil wrap according to the research I found out- to cover the bottles up with foil wrapped in the fridge and then when I take it out next, I’ll leave it on the counter for a little bit before I inject

Yes, I’ve watched some YouTube ok this stuff, thank you again - are I familiar how much BAC water to add to NAD+ and how much to inject ? There’s 500mg and 1000mg…. Or should I not consider this if I’m taking ghkcu ?

@Heather Zader hi thank you I did see everyone’s response and everyone’s so supportive…. So the syringes I have here are in units, how muchKLOW AND RETA - how much is each do I draw in the syringe? I was thinking of starting Reta with 10 units weekly ….and then Klow Daily 5 unit daily ?
💜 A Quick Note About "Units" vs "Milligrams (mg)"
One thing you'll notice in this community is that we try to talk about peptide dosing in milligrams (mg) whenever possible instead of just saying "units." Why? Because units are not a dose. For example, 10 units could mean one thing in a vial mixed with 1 mL of bacteriostatic water and something completely different in a vial mixed with 3 mL. The actual dose is measured in milligrams (mg). Think of it this way: ❌ "I take 20 units." ✅ "I take 1 mg." The second answer tells us the actual amount being taken. If you're new to peptides, please don't feel embarrassed if you've been speaking in units. Most of us started there! Learning reconstitution and dosing calculations is part of the journey, and this community is meant to be a safe place to learn. One of the best skills you can develop is learning how to use a peptide calculator. Once you understand:• The vial size (mg)• How much bacteriostatic water was added• Your target dose (mg) You'll be able to calculate almost any peptide with confidence. My goal is not for you to memorize every peptide. My goal is for you to understand how the math works so you can feel empowered and independent when reading protocols and discussing dosing. Questions are always welcome here. We all started somewhere. 💜

Hi what do you suggest for KLOW from Nura it’s has 50 GHK CU and 10, 10 10 mg for a total of 80mg… I would like to inject myself weekly. Do you think I can just do 10 units of the syringe weekly or should I go a little bit higher?

@Heather Zader that’s overwhelms me- to inject myself every day that’s why I was looking to do it weekly. Have you had anyone injected weekly on this?
