Hey! I’m Alyssa I’m from Hawaii. Congrats on hitting 10k in this community! I’m an online health coach—I teach women a system to keep getting stronger (and leaner if they like) for life. I’d love to grow my skool community with more amazing women who want to build muscle, be healthy examples for their kids and show other women how to do the same. I need to create ways that encourage my more reserved members to participate and leverage the benefits of community and accountability—helping them to understand it’s more fun and results happen faster in a group!

Been in biz 1 year. I have a 1:1 as well as a group coaching curriculum. create content in the form of newsletters and webinars 1-2 times weekly for existing clients as well as email list. want to use my expansive library as lead magnets and also package into low ticket items. every week for over a year, i churn out new/revised content ...my commitment is 20 hr per week ... I'm getting clients results but spinning my wheels for scaling
