@Ezralee Anne of course ! 1) nope never taken any antidepressants. Sometimes I get prescribed allergy meds that's about it. 2) I think I just got the regular vaccines that everyone gets when I was younger even though my eczema has been there since I was born. I did have to take the Covid because I was a medical assistant and as someone going into xray school I'm sure they'll require more. 3) yes I have DEFINITELY been stressed by others poor decisions my whole life, my mom mainly and her wanting to get out of specific situations she's been in. When I had my son out of wedlock I was definitely the most stressed about my own personal decisions, I did not know what I know now about walking in holiness. 4) I think I have been able to process trauma with God. I know at least I've been WAY more at peace since I started putting the secret place (prayer time) as a priority daily. As well as reading his word daily and believing it. 5)I actually take care of my health pretty well. I hardly eat out but when I do I'm very cautious with what I order and make sure I don't eat things with a lot of carbs or bread, salts, preservatives. 6) I HATE caffeine lol 7) I forgave everyone as far as I know I'm just very cautious with any of the people who have already done me wrong in the past. 8) Not shame at all I don't think but I do feel I might have timidity a lot of times but I have always been a quieter person besides when I'm around ppl I trust. 9) I think I regulate pretty well, usually when I'm with my son I'm the most calm. If I'm feelings anything intense that is just an alarm for me to go be somewhere private and talk to God about it whether I need to scream, cry I do it and then feel better afterwards lol 10)no naps(I have a 6 year old) but I do sleep 7-8 hours or more every night.

I’ve been feeling heavy, how can god help me though? I always hear to go to him but I don’t think I ever hear people talk about how they get the help/direction from God that they need. Especially when it feels like they’ve waited forever.
