I have made some updates to my about pages both here and in Substack. I would love your feedback about how you think they read now and if it conveys what we are doing here. So, @Tracy Nicholas, I woke up this morning with my foot hurting and my should driving me through the roof and a headache. Some other things happened that were also rather demoralizing - and then after making some decisions around food etc and the foot draining (again) I looked at my tarot card for the day (I get them emailed to me daily) it was the 10 of swords. Now the 10 of swords can seem like a "scary" card - but to me it was just like - hang in there baby, things are changing for the better - you've hit rock bottom. Love how little things like that can really be encouraging. It's not the card that brought the circumstances it's the circumstances (perhaps) brought the card.
