Quality: ensuring high quality by verifying accuracy of facts, coverage of key points, clear and concise answers, consistency in responses. Success: can be measured by user engagement metrics and the reduction in time users spend manually summarizing.

@Sid Arora - hi Sid. Thanks for the feedback! Accuracy at scale can be measured indirectly via engagement metrics - continued or increasing usage over time would suggest positive results. I’d also use quick feedback surveys (I recognize that I cannot fully rely on it.) Reduction in manual summarizing time could be captured as part of the same survey. There are probably better ways to measure this that I need to think about. For the engagement, I’d track repeat usage by existing users over time. For the “concise,” I’d run test scenarios to define reasonable word-count ranges and then apply something similar to what you have mentioned.
