Hey there, beautiful cohort! Who's interested in connecting for some practice experience??? I know I've grown so much confidence within smaller practice groups when trying to learn new material. I'm in EDT (New York) and would love to connect with anyone interested in finding time to practice this work. OR if you simply would prefer to receive and do your own work, that would be great too! Hi @Christine Holmfelt - thanks for putting this out to the group. I’ve been meaning to do the same. I’m feeling like I’ll need so much practice, especially after the next two classes, but really for all of it. I realize that I’m making my own, revised versions of the scripts, and I’ll need a lot of practice to develop those. So, for Christine and everyone on this thread, I’m hoping to find practice partners for November on. I’m very busy in October, and I’m dedicated to putting in the practice to really get this into muscle memory. There are a total of 12 processes, with multiple tapping scripts in each. It will be a lot of practice to get this under our belts, so to speak. Does anyone else see it this way and feel like we need to be planning for ongoing practice? I hope this doesn’t stress anybody- that’s not my intention. I am wondering who shares my interest in longer- term practice plans. 💜

Marketing Ideas-Bethany
Question for Bethany! During the Q&A I asked Margaret if there was a good outline for us to use when marketing for groups we run and she said you held a class a while back on something similar, are you able to direct me to where to find that?

Hi Lindsay, in the Classroom area I saw that there is a 2-hr video of Bethany's marketing call from January. That may be what Margaret meant.

Feeling My Power
I’m part of a music trio (lead vocalist) and, in preparation for a gig tomorrow, we had a long rehearsal today. I cannot believe how much more powerful my voice is, how much more I’m feeling (& projecting) the emotion in each song. So thankful to Chakra work for releasing old restrictions and filling me with My Power.

Manual without the notes pages
Hi All, before I go through the process of removing the Notes pages that fall between each page of text in the manual, I'm wondering whether someone else has already done that...? Or maybe I've missed a printable file that doesn't have the notes pages? Thanks in advance!

Glad you're all finding it helpful. Trisha, if it helps I printed it double-sided and then used binder clips to hold it together on the left side. It's working well - I took it to a coffee shop yesterday.

Hi Sue, as far as I can tell the Leaderboard simply tracks how much we're posting. I'm guessing for our purposes, it's a meaningless feature of the Skool platform.
