Both descriptions are great. I find these days the inclusivity is very important. In particular when new participants walk in the room……. I can’t do XYZ, I have XYZ. Body Balance is for beginners, experienced yogis, young and older, those who are working with injuries, hip replacements, hyper mobility, inflexibility - it’s all about your body and working within your own boundaries on any given day. Knowing when to challenge and to ease off. It’s a journey of self discovery.
