Example of what I eat to break my fast
Hello ladies, One of the keys to my almost 30lbs weight loss and maintenance is intermittent fasting. It works however how you break your fast matters. I typically skip carbs in my first meal and focus on proteins, fiber and healthy fats. I’m eating out with my sister currently & I ordered an omelette, bacon and salad. I’m on the feel great system so if/when I do have carbs, I always have my Balance. If you’re on a budget, I love and use psyllium husk as myfiber supplement💯 I got my mum who is going through menopause to adopt the same eating habit and she’s noted positive improvements in her satiety, energy levels and focus.
