So great you’re here... We will our best to keep things simple. Super excited to launch the first run of this transformational week using the power of our breath and the support of the incredible 9d journeys. This is where everything will happen from 1 - 7 June. (Changed to kicking off on 2nd June) 1) Introduce yourself. Say hi in the comments and let’s start to connect. 2) Live sessions + replays. Check the calendar for session times. You can join directly from there. Replays will be posted in the classroom after the session. Sessions range from 15–30 mins or 1–1.5 hours (see calendar for details). Please be sure to watch the 1st day replay with the intro to 9D breathwork. 3) Community space. Feel free to share and support each other here by commenting on posts. Please keep things respectful and on topic. 4) Integration (important) After any deep breathwork, give yourself space to integrate. Three simple ways: - Yoga Nidra or rest practices - Gentle movement / somatic stretching with music - Journaling ...allow thoughts and emotions to flow 5) Contraindications. Please take responsibility for your own wellbeing. Intense breathwork may not be suitable if you are pregnant, unwell, have heart/lung conditions, are on strong medication, or recovering from surgery. Always seek medical advice if unsure. 6) Headphones.
