And also some general notes: 1) The importance of the product/service offering you provide. 2) Understanding the customer avatar. 3) The importance of explaining your service to the company (showing the difference - the uniqueness). 4) Focusing on market needs. 5) Understanding company preferences. 6) Understanding the Department of Transportation (DOT) rules. 7) Determining the cargo weight according to the type of truck.
