a lot of us are now in CE class for license renewal . I find that in the CE classes there's a lot of GEM to retarget in a newsletter. Lead magnet, or real estate knowledge to build up ones content. just sharing

I learned a new technique for contacting my sphere. After the initial greeting I ask for their help in updating my vendor list. The ask is who have you used that is a reliable professionals that they would refer to others. Great conversation and always ends with the person stating "if I know of someone looking to buy or sell I'll give them your info" - this is without me asking,
