April Theme: I am safe. I am supported. 💗
This April, we will be focusing on the root chakra. Join me in creating inner stability, safety, and a sense of groundedness. Each Friday at noon, I’ll be sharing a new offering to support you on your journey. These will include guided mindfulness practices, follow-along energy healing videos, and gentle herbal practices to help you slow down and reconnect with your body and sense of security within yourself.
