Happy Sunday Dreamweaver, I’m writing this while enjoying my coffee, watching little disco glimmers dance across the wall from the suns morning rays. It’s a tender moment, as the nature of a slow Sunday morning tends to evoke. This past week presented deeply powerful Dreamweaving 1:1 sessions - and has been a big personal shift for me as well, as this body of work has asked me to devote 100% of my professional energy into it, fully and completely. It’s its own kind of surrender experiment. Certain things call us. We answer, and then they show us the way, slowly and deliberately as we walk the path. All we can do is dance with the mystery, while taking the fumbling, stumbling feet lightly in uncertain moments, and to keep going. This is an invitation to keep finding your footing. That’s what this week asked of me, and perhaps of you too. What has been landing most presently as common themes from client sessions this week has deeply been around reclamation of power and decolonizing the real estate of our minds. These two threads are deeply entwined right now, as I feel it across so many conversations. There’s so much more I could say, but I’ll leave it here and let it land where it needs to. What I will invite you to do today, is to gift yourself a moment. Write. Reflect. Explore. Put pen to paper, and witness what has transpired in your own world this week. Hey dear ones, If there’s one thing I feel we’ve been living this year (and especially these past months), it’s shedding. Shedding identities, expectations, anticipated realities, stories we once wore like second skin. There’s been real snake energy moving through the collective, where what no longer fits simply is released- sometimes naturally, sometimes with pressure. As we transition this week on the 17th into Horse energy of forward, embodied creation, I am reminded: it’s not about what we’ve let go, but rather what (and who) we are now willing to inhabit. Shedding is one thing; embracing the new skin is another. So today, I invite you to reflect gently: What does your new skin look like? What does it feel like to move inside it? How does it want you to speak, choose, express, and stand? Where are you still operating from an old layer that’s already fallen away and yet to integrate awareness of the new?
