@Paul Seabridge Great point, @Sean Dezoysa. Dubai is more of a strategic launchpad than a local market, most deals involve globally minded founders using the city for tax efficiency, 100% foreign ownership, and free zone incentives. It’s become a magnet for large capital and VC—especially with the entrepreneurship visa, digital government transformation, and strong fintech momentum. Construction and engineering are super active, as well as tech is accelerating fast.
