I live in a very ‘leftist’ ‘woke’ town. ‘Free Palestine’ And now ‘Stop Trump from taking over Iran’ protests are happening all over the place. Somehow the LGBTQ+ community, the feminists, eco green groups and anti-colonialism’ groups have all been hoodwinked into joining this cause. My attempts to suggest that there may be more to this than meets the eye,that history warrants a broader perspective result in me being called a colonizer, a homophobe, oppressor etc. I am at my wits end (and stamina for fending off attacks) as to what I can offer people to hopefully spark a kernel of light… I have shared some of Ayaan Hirshi Ali’s videos, and others that try to use history and fact rather than hysterical emotionalism… Does any one have any suggestions as to resources/videos/articles etc that I can share?
