Rewire your brain - Train Your Subconscious Mind
I watched the Mental Mastery Course and honestly, it’s a masterpiece. I learned a lot from it. First thing, removing negative thoughts and giving space to positive ones. The only way to do that is by keeping a daily journal, and I’m going to follow this. Second, thinking about what I’m thinking. We already do this, but mostly in a negative way. When we do it positively, it actually works. I’ll practice this. InshaAllah. Repetition is everything. Then understanding the pros and cons of every bad habit. When you realise how much damage a habit is doing, you naturally build a deep hate for it, and that helps you avoid it. Also, feeling the emotion of freedom from that habit. That feeling changes everything. Talking to myself, talking to Allah, expressing everything in front of Allah, begging Him for help. This part hit me hard. Taking responsibility for everything in my life. Staying focused by removing every distraction around me. Environment matters more than we think. There is a lot more in the video, maybe I missed something, but I’ll watch it again because repetition will help me absorb everything. InshaAllah. Keep me in your prayers.

Today I review all my previous 7 Journals then I talk to myself with a Cup of tea ☕ Watiba…👁️‍🗨️ Sit down for a second and tell the truth to yourself. You’ve been posting daily journals like clockwork, writing everything you did, didn’t do, half-did, or wished you had done. And it started out meaningful and it really did. But somewhere along the way, I noticed something. Most days weren’t different. Most entries weren’t new. And most “updates” were just yesterday with a different shirt on. 🙎 Wait… even the people who built this space @Haroon Khalil aren’t posting everyday Journal here Not because they’re lazy but because They are Writing it somewhere else... May be on Notebook, may be on Notion 🤷 Because you can't be 100% revealing your life here but for real growth and improvement you Should be honest with yourself... So Notebook is a good Choice 📝 So, I made a decision. 👩‍🔧🔱 A grown one. A clean one. A necessary one. I am moving my daily reflections back to paper... to ink, to privacy, to the place where my mind doesn’t perform for anyone or for Views The notebook where I don’t have to worry about sounding productive or looking just cool(I hate the idea of just looking rather than Be 😕) But disappearing? No, that’s not Me. I didn’t come here to vanish. I’ll still show up...once every week With something that actually deserves space: My genuine progress, My stumbles, My lessons, My tiny victories, My big wake-up calls, My whole week in a shape that feels true, not Copy. And honestly, I… prefer it this way. I get to write deeply on my own time and show up intentionally here. Plus, now I actually have time to read others ~ to understand them, respond to them, learn from them. Not just rush to post and disappear. This isn’t quitting. This is refining. This is choosing quality over noise and clarity over routine. So here’s the new rhythm: 🫂 Write daily for yourself. Appear weekly for the community. Grow quietly. Share loudly, but only when it matters.

@Watiba Danish 1) Better Time Management 2) Achieving 80% of daily tasks. One thing I am really enjoying is an end to mindless scrolling over social media.

To select a niche, find the sweet spot where your passions/skills, market demand, and profitability intersect. Which services you have in mind?
